Facebook founder of PayPal competitor launched specifically for students. Sites with free email verification that campus safety supervision so that parents put the embarrassing photos.
Sites ‘CollegeOnly’ made by Peter Thiel, was almost similar to Facebook. Even so, social networking offers freedom from ‘the unwanted’.
“Our site offers only one service is free from the supervision of parents, bosses and others who are not supposed to see what you do at night or all day Sunday.”
The site mentions that this launch as a form of responsibility from the various ‘demand’ will be a special social networking student. Even so, they do not recommend students to stop using Facebook.
In CollegeOnly site, users can put photos or update your profile. They also offer several features such as to generate information anonymously. Therefore, one can put a picture without mentioning the identity of embarrassing.
Like Facebook, the launch CollegeOnly starting from Ivy League and is expected to be present for the seven campuses this year. Students who want to join today could use the campus accounts, ranging from Princeton to Yale.
